Decision on Post-Trial Motions in Non-Hodgkin's Verdict Filed Under Seal

RALEIGH, Miss. -- The judge that oversaw a $2 million verdict in a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma case has reached a decision on the post-trial motions, but has filed it under seal with direction that the parties mediate. Watts, et al. v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. 2002-364 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Smith Cty.).

Judge Robert G. Evans of the Mississippi Circuit Court for Smith County told the parties in a May 12 letter that he would withhold publication of his decision until June 2, and further ordered Judge Crymes Pittman to oversee the mediation.
