JACKSON, Miss. -- Benzene defendants U.S. Steel Corp. and Aristech Chemical Corp. have filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi for summary judgment on statute of limitations grounds, saying that the lawsuit violates the three-year statute of limitations by more than 10 years.
