Missouri Defendants Denied Relief from State High Court

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Defendants have been denied relief from Missouri's high court over a trial court decision denying summary judgment on statute of limitations grounds, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing. BP Corp. North America Inc., et al. v. The Honorable Marco A. Roldan, 16th Judicial Circuit, No n/a (Mo. Sup. Ct.).

Sources said the writ filed in the Missouri Supreme Court was denied the week of Feb. 27.
