PHILADELPHIA -- Plaintiffs in a benzene action continue to oppose defense motions to transfer, claiming that not only does the federal court not have jurisdiction over the claims but that the defendants failed to establish that a transfer is necessary. Ellett, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 05-2060 (E.D. Pa.).

The plaintiffs called the motion to transfer the case to Tennessee 'half-hearted' in the Nov. 16 opposition, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
