Discovery Deadline Entered in Recently Filed Aromatic Hydrocarbon Lawsuit

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- According to a scheduling order entered July 12, discovery requests and responses in the aromatic hydrocarbon lawsuit will be completed by September 14. Hoffman, et al. v. Monsanto Co., et al., No. 05-00418 (S.D. W.Va.).

In the scheduling order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia also stipulates that expert witnesses designations be entered by July 2006, with trial scheduled to begin in the fall of 2006.
