PHILADELPHIA -- A federal court judge overseeing a plumber's benzene exposure lawsuit has entered a scheduling order aimed at trying the claims early next year. Akins, et al. v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. 05-1624 (E.D. Pa.).

The April 13 scheduling order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania stipulates that any amendments or joinder of additional defendants to the complaint should be made within 14 days of the scheduling order.
