BEAUMONT, Texas -- U.S. Steel Corp. has resolved claims asserted against the company which arose from the plaintiff's exposure to the benzene-containing product Liquid Wrench. Drake v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. B171046 (E.D. Texas).

In a Feb. 15 order, Judge Marcia A. Crone of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas dismissed defendant U.S. Steel Corp., with prejudice, noting that the plaintiff had resolved all his claims against the company.
