Court Orders Deposition of Plaintiff Diagnosed with AML

ST. LOUIS - A Missouri Circuit Court ordered the deposition of a plaintiff diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia to be taken on March 8, after the plaintiff claimed that because of his illness, he had less than three months to live. Blackwood, et al. v. 3M Co., et al., No. 052-732 (Mo. 22nd Jud. Cir. Ct.).
In a Feb. 25 motion filed in the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court, plaintiffs Jimmie and Michelle Blackwood requested the video deposition to take place within 30 days.
