CLEVELAND - A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that a dispute over payment of a $125 million asbestos settlement should be sent back to state court after one of the settling defendants used another's bankruptcy filing as the basis for removing it to federal court. In Re: All Kelley & Ferraro Asbestos Cases v. G-I Holdings, Inc., et al., No. 1:00cv20010 (N.D. Ohio).
