N.C. Court Issues Opinion Relating to Admissibility of Testimony in Benzene Case

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –– A North Carolina federal court has weighed in on the admissibility of experts in a benzene exposure lawsuit, prohibiting the specific causation testimony of Peter F. Infante and the entire testimony of Stephen Petty.

In the July 23 order, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina did permit the testimony of several other plaintiff experts, while limiting the testimony of defense experts in the same order.
