PHILADELPHIA — The owners of a fitness center and banquet facility has sued The Cincinnati Insurance Co. in federal court, seeking coverage for business losses and extra expenses arising from civil authority orders issued in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The May 21 complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Cornerstone Warrington Inc., Cornerstone Health & Fitness LP, Cornerstone New Hope LP, Conehopa LLC, and The Event Center by Cornerstone.
