OSWEGO, N.Y. –– A New York trial court has denied motions for summary judgment filed by three defendants, concluding that there was enough evidence, at this point, to create a question of fact as to the presence of asbestos-containing products manufactured and sold by the defendants.

According to a transcript, the New York Supreme Court for Oswego County denied the motions, and an additional motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, on Sept. 19 in a bench decision.
