MDL Docket Sought for Claims Against Ford, GM for Allegedly Faulty CP4 Fuel Pump

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Plaintiffs with claims pending against Ford Motor and General Motors for an allegedly faulty fuel pump that exposes drivers of diesel-engine vehicles to life-threatening safety risks have asked the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create a national coordinated multidistrict litigation docket.
