N.Y. Court Denies Motion to Quash Subpoena Seeking Documents Relating to Testing of Talc Samples

NEW YORK –– A New York court has denied a non-party’s motion to quash a subpoena seeking information on testing of talc samples, finding that the samples and documents requested are necessary to the prosecution of the action.

In an April 5 order, the New York Supreme Court for New York County further found that the subpoena “is not overbroad because it only seeks 5 samples out of 47 in the non-party’s possession….”
