FORT MYERS, Fla. — A couple have resolved their claims against Corin Group and Corin USA Limited in a hip replacement device lawsuit, according to a recent stipulation of dismissal filed in Florida federal court.
In a Feb. 7 stipulation of dismissal filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the parties agreed to bear their own costs and fees. On the same day, Judge John E. Steele directed the court clerk to terminate all previously scheduled deadlines and pending motions and close the case.
