BUFFALO, N.Y. –– Parties in a chemical exposure lawsuit have filed a stipulation in which the plaintiffs have agreed not to allege that there was a flaw in the manufacturing of defendants’ ortho-toluidine, according to a recent document.

In the Nov. 5 stipulation filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the parties additionally agreed that the defendants “reserve the right to present evidence related to the manufacture of ortho-toluidine to the specifications of Plaintiffs’ employer, The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.”
