FLORENCE, S.C. –– The plaintiff in a butter flavorings exposure lawsuit has opposed a recent motion to dismiss on jurisdiction grounds, arguing that defendant The Edlong Corp. admits it sold flavorings to the South Carolina plant at which the alleged exposure took place.

In the Oct. 26 brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the plaintiffs maintained that the underlying claims arise out of and are related to Edlong’s in-state activities.
