Roundup MDL Judge Selects Hardeman as First Bellwether Trial Scheduled for February 2019

SAN FRANCISCO –– The judge overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for Roundup personal injury claims has chosen Hardeman as the first bellwether trial, slated to begin on February 25, 2019, according to a recent pretrial order.

In Pretrial Order No. 56, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California further stated that the other two Group 1 cases –– Stevick and Gebeyehou –– will still proceed in accordance with the schedule outlined in a previous pretrial order and must be ready for trial in the event that Hardeman does not go to trial.
