DARLINGTON, S.C. — A South Carolina jury has once again failed to reach a verdict in an asbestos talcum powder case against Johnson & Johnson, with the trial court judge declaring a mistrial for the second time in six months, HarrisMartin is reporting.

Judge Jean Toal of the South Carolina Circuit Court for Darlington County declared the mistrial moments ago, sources told HarrisMartin, after the jury indicated that it was deadlocked.
