Monsanto Contests $289 Million Roundup Verdict, Says Evidence is Insufficient to Support Verdict

SAN FRANCISCO –– Monsanto has filed notice of post-trial briefs contesting a $289 million Roundup verdict, saying that the evidence presented by the plaintiff was “insubstantial” and “insufficient.”
