DETROIT — The parties in a dispute over reinsurance coverage for more than $900,000 in loss and loss expense for Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co.’s settlement of underlying asbestos claims have submitted an agreed discovery plan to a Michigan federal judge for approval.

In a plan filed Sept. 14 before Judge Stephen J. Murphy III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Amerisure and Transatlantic Reinsurance Co. proposed that discovery begin on Sept. 26, with initial disclosures due two days later.
