Roundup MDL Judge Designates 4 Cases for 2019 Trials; Requires Plaintiffs to Complete Fact Sheets

SAN FRANCISCO –– The judge overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for Roundup personal injury claims has designated four cases for trial in Spring 2019 and has filed an order requiring all plaintiffs in the MDL to complete a fact sheet.

In the Sept. 12 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California proposed that the fact sheet includes questions regarding whether the plaintiff had been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, when that diagnosis occurred, when they first began experiencing symptoms of the cancer, and their history of using Roundup.
