ORLANDO, Fla. –– Parties remaining in a cosmetic talc asbestos case –– including Johnson & Johnson defendants –– filed a joint stipulation of dismissal without prejudice the same day the court found it did not have jurisdiction over another defendant in the proceedings.

In a July 10 order of dismissal, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida ordered the Clerk of Court to close the case, dismissing the case with prejudice.
