Roundup Trial Against Monsanto Enters Fourth Week; Plaintiffs Continue to Present Case




SAN FRANCISCO –– A trial involving Monsanto’s Roundup is entering its fourth week, during which jurors will continue to hear arguments from the plaintiff that his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was caused by using the herbicide containing glyphosate.

The tenth day of testimony was held on July 24 in the California Superior Court for San Francisco County, according to the court’s online docket.

DeWayne Johnson filed his complaint in Jan. 2016, contending that during the course of his employment with the Benicia Unified School District, he applied Roundup and RangerPro, Monsanto glyphosate products, to school properties.
