Odyssey Re Seeks Disbursement of Funds from Court Registry in $3.2 Million Fraud Action

SAN DIEGO — Odyssey Reinsurance Co. is urging a California federal judge to authorize payment of $734,702.68 to it in partial satisfaction of a $3.2 million judgment rendered against Cal-Regent Services Corp., arguing that the funds are not required to remain in a court registry until a final judgment is issued.
