Oral Arguments Scheduled to Address Jurisdictional Challenges in Delaware Talc Cases




WILMINGTON, Del. –– Oral arguments have been scheduled for July 30 to address motions made by defendants to dismiss talcum powder cases pending in Delaware for lack of personal jurisdiction, according to recent filings.

According to a status report issued in the national multidistrict talcum powder docket, there are currently 190 cases pending in the consolidated docket in front of Hon. Charles E. Butler of the Delaware Superior Court.
