C-8 MDL Court Refuses to Issue Lone Pine Order for Newly Filed Water Contamination Cases

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The MDL Court overseeing the national coordinated multidistrict docket for C-8 water contamination personal injury claims has refused to adopt a Lone Pine order for those cases that have been filed since a global settlement agreement was reached, saying it had “no reason to believe that spurious or meritless cases are lurking in 33 newly-filed cases on the MDL docket.”
