ST. CROIX, V.I. — A Virgin Islands man is appealing a federal judge’s dismissal of his Dilantin injury case against Pfizer, arguing that his claims are not time-barred because he could not have known of the possible cause of his injuries before the limitations period expired.

Plaintiff Issac Bracy filed a notice of appeal on June 5 in the 3rd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, arguing that Pfizer secretly concealed that Dilantin can cause Steven-Johnson Syndrome.
