ORANGE, Fla. –– Parties involved in a Florida ovarian cancer talcum powder action have stipulated to the dismissal of Personal Care Products Council from the pending lawsuit, according to court documents.

The order of dismissal with prejudice was entered on May 8 in the Florida 9th Judicial Circuit for Orange County. A joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice as to PCPC only was filed May 1 by the parties.

The plaintiffs asserted the claims on behalf of Louise Crincoli, contending that her use of Baby Powder and Shower-to-Shower talcum powder products caused her to develop ovarian cancer.
