Top’s Urges Neb. Federal Judge to Certify Applied Underwriters Class Action

OMAHA, Neb. – Top’s Personnel Inc. has moved a Nebraska federal judge to certify a class action accusing Applied Underwriters Inc. (AUI) of charging policyholders grossly inflated premiums in its “EquityComp” and “SolutionOne” workers' compensation insurance program.
