Calif. Appeals Court Reinstates Avandia Lawsuit, Finds Questions of Fact as to Timeliness

LOS ANGELES — A California appellate court has reinstated an Avandia lawsuit, ruling there are questions of fact as to whether the non-English speaking plaintiffs were aware of information to put a reasonable person on notice that their injuries may have been caused by the drug more than two years before filing their lawsuits.
