Missouri Appellate Court Denies Plaintiff Request to Have High Court Review Order Tossing $72 Million Talc Verdict




ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri appellate court has denied an application for transfer to the Missouri Supreme Court, rejecting plaintiff efforts to have the state’s highest court weigh in on an order tossing a $72 million talcum powder verdict.

The Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, denied the application for transfer in a docket entry on March 6, three months after it had denied a plaintiff request to rehear the dispute.
