Daubert Hearings Underway in Roundup MDL; Plaintiffs Request More Time for Questioning

SAN FRANCISCO –– Plaintiffs with claims pending in the national coordinated docket for Roundup lawsuits have asked the court for additional time in ongoing Daubert admissibility hearings, contending that while the assignment of equal time to both parties appeared equal on its face, it “disproportionally adversely impacts the Plaintiffs.”

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California commenced Daubert hearings on March 5, according to civil minutes filed with the court.

The hearings on March 5 lasted for five hours and included testimony from Dr. Beate Ritz, M.D., Ph.D., and Dr. Dennis Weisenburger, M.D., according to the …
