N.J. Appellate Court Defers Ruling on Talcum Powder Admissibility Dispute Until High Court Issues Accutane Order




TRENTON, N.J. –– A New Jersey appellate court will not weigh in on a talcum powder admissibility dispute until the state’s high court rules on an admissibility dispute in an Accutane proceeding, according to a recently filed status report.

On Jan. 8, the New Jersey Appellate Division issued a sua sponte order staying the talcum powder appeals for six months or until the New Jersey Supreme Court weighs in on an appeal in the state’s Accutane proceedings, according to a status report issued in the federal multidistrict litigation docket.
