Stryker LFIT Femoral Head MDL Judge Extends Bellwether Discovery Pool Deadlines

BOSTON - The Massachusetts federal judge overseeing the Stryker LFIT coordinated docket has extended the deadline by which plaintiffs must serve fact sheets for eligibility for selection into the initial bellwether discovery pool from Jan. 12 to Jan. 26.

In a Jan. 23 text order, Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts also extended the deadline for each side to select cases for inclusion into the initial bellwether discovery pool from Feb. 7 to Feb. 14.
