Talcum Powder Plaintiffs Whose $72 Million Verdict Was Tossed Seek Review from State High Court

ST. LOUIS –– Plaintiffs whose $72 million talcum powder verdict was tossed last year by a Missouri intermediate appellate court has sought review from the state high court, according to the court’s online docket.

The plaintiffs filed an application for transfer to the Missouri Supreme Court on Jan 2, just weeks after the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, denied its motion to rehear the jurisdictional dispute.
