Whittaker, Clark & Daniels Backs Motion for Summary Judgment; Plaintiffs Say They Have Other Expert Testimony

PHILADELPHIA –– Whittaker, Clark & Daniels has filed a reply brief backing its motion for summary judgment in an asbestos talc case, maintaining that the exclusion of expert testimony by the court leaves the plaintiffs without admissible evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact.
