Del. Court Awards Summary Judgment to Aurora Pump and Warren Pump in Asbestos Case

WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware court has awarded summary judgment to Aurora Pump Co. and Warren Pumps LLC in an asbestos case, concluding that the plaintiffs had failed to bear their burden of proof at trial.

In separate orders issued Nov. 29, the Delaware Superior Court found fault with the plaintiffs’ product identification evidence, saying that the only support for the claims was the exposed plaintiff’s own testimony.
