ST. LOUIS –– Plaintiffs in a multi-plaintiff talcum powder lawsuit have filed a motion to remand their claims, outlining their allegations against two in-state defendants operating as Pharma Tech Industries, which the plaintiffs say had a role in processing, bottling, labeling and packaging the harmful talcum powder products.

In the Nov. 8 motion to remand, the plaintiffs urged the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri to send their case back to state court, given that the “flaws in this removal are transparent and the analysis straight forward.”
