Scheduling Order Issued in Stryker LFIT V40 Hip MDL

BOSTON — The Massachusetts federal judge overseeing the Stryker LFIT coordinated docket has ordered the parties to submit a proposed case management order for bellwether cases by Dec. 1.

In the Oct. 25 case management order, Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts ordered the parties to complete document production by July 31, 2018, and fact discovery by Oct. 4, 2018.
