Parties in Lone Remaining D.C. Talcum Powder Case Stipulate to Dismissal of Claims Without Prejudice

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Parties in the lone remaining talcum powder case pending in the District of Columbia Superior Court have filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal without prejudice, according to documents filed with the court.

The plaintiffs filed the stipulation of voluntary dismissal of the civil action against the defendants on Sept. 28 in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The case was later “dismissed by consent,” according to the court’s online docket.
