WILMINGTON, Del. –– A federal magistrate judge has recommended that Exelon be awarded summary judgment in an asbestos case, saying that the plaintiff has failed to establish that the court has specific or general jurisdiction over the defendant.

In a Sept. 14 report and recommendation, U.S. Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware found there was no nexus between the allegedly harmful conduct, the defendant and the state of Delaware.
