Parties in Dispute over Ownership of Hawaii Asbestos Firm Assets Reach Agreement




HONOLULU –– Parties involved in a dispute over who had ownership of an asbestos firm assets in the wake of the founding member’s death have reached an agreement as to all client files, trade secrets and intellectual property.

According to a press release issued Sept. 13, the lawyers representing the estate of the late Gary O. Galiher, founding member of the Galiher Law Corp., have agreed to dismiss a lawsuit that was filed contesting ownership of the firm’s assets.
