Plaintiffs in 400 Remaining Wright Conserve Hip Cases Seek Remand to Transferor Courts

ATLANTA — Plaintiffs in the Wright Medical Conserve Hip Implant multidistrict litigation are urging an Atlanta federal judge to remand their 400 cases to the transferor courts, arguing that the purposes of the MDL have been achieved, and their cases will not benefit from further coordinated proceedings.
