NEW YORK –– The N.Y. federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation proceedings for claims alleging intracranial hypertension caused by Bayer’s Mirena IUD contraceptive system has issued an order appointing plaintiff leadership positions, naming Lawrence L. Jones II from Jones Ward PLC, Martin Crump of David & Crump P.C., and Max Kennerly from Kennerly Loutey LLC as plaintiffs’ co-lead and liaison counsel.
