Plaintiff in 1st Xarelto MDL Case Seeks New Trial, Says Evidence Improperly Excluded

NEW ORLEANS — The plaintiff in the first bellwether case in the Xarelto multidistrict litigation is seeking a new trial in the wake of a defense verdict, arguing that the Louisiana federal court erred in excluding evidence concerning the viability of testing to identify patients with a high risk of bleeding.
