Parties in D.C. Talcum Powder Case Attend Status Hearing, Propose Dates for Daubert Hearing




WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Parties involved in a Washington, D.C. talcum powder attended a status hearing last week, at which time they indicated that a Daubert hearing was not necessary at the current time.

At the May 8 status hearing before Judge Brian F. Holeman of the District of Columbia Superior Court, the parties informed the court that a proposed scheduling order had been filed and that the week of November 27 “may be available for Daubert hearings if necessary.”
