Missouri State Court to Oversee First Multi-Plaintiff Talcum Powder Trial Setting in June




ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri state court has granted a plaintiff motion to consolidate for trial certain talcum powder plaintiffs, sources told HarrisMartin, scheduling the wrongful death claims of three plaintiffs in the June setting.

Sources told HarrisMartin that the Missouri Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis indicated during an informal hearing earlier this week its intent to preside over the multi-plaintiff trial.

The trial will involve the wrongful death claims of Michael Blaes, Savanna Crews, and Darlene Evans, sources added.
