TRENTON, N.J. –– Parties involved in the federal talcum powder multidistrict litigation docket are conferring on whether Johnson & Johnson had adequately identified potential relevant documents on issues relevant to the talcum powder litigation in light of an accusation from the plaintiffs that the defendant did not conduct an in-depth search of terms in their database.

In the April 28 status report filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the defendants also indicated that while the plaintiffs opine that it is premature to conduct a Daubert hearing, the defendants wished for the court to set …
