MINNEAPOLIS –– In the wake of a stipulation of dismissal filed by the plaintiffs, a Minnesota federal court has entered a judgment in a benzene case, dismissing it with prejudice.

The benzene plaintiffs filed the stipulation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota on March 13; the court filed a judgment dismissing the case one day later.

In the stipulation, the plaintiffs indicated that “all claims, counterclaims, and cross-claims by all parties in the above-entitled cause of action have been fully compromised and settled.”

As such, all the parties in the entire lawsuit may be dismissed …
